A fast-growing, international-facing law firm is seeking entrepreneurial Partners in General Corporate to join its founding team. The firm is building a specialised platform (not a full-service shop) with sharp focus on Corporate (M&A, PE/VC, Investments, Structuring), and SEBI Regulatory.

The current client base is 80–90% international, with mandates across cutting-edge industries and high-growth markets.

This is an opportunity to help shape the DNA of the firm from the ground up.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the General Corporate practice (M&A, PE/VC, Investments, Structuring).

• Manage and expand client relationships with an international and domestic mix.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing associate team.

• Collaborate with other practice leaders to drive cross-selling and expand the platform.

• Actively contribute to the firm’s strategy, culture, and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in General Corporate practice (top-tier firms or strong boutique setup).

• No book required initially – strong execution skills are key at the start.

• A business mindset with the intent to build a practice over time.

• Ability to manage mandates independently and cross-sell effectively.

• Interest in building a specialised, high-end practice rather than volume-driven work.
