Responsibilities:
Business Management
1. Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing a portfolio of businesses
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in target companies.
3. Act as an external product expert, informing clients and agencies of solutions and best practices to help them achieve greater results by creating compelling data-driven stories that are customized to their business needs
4. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for a managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth
5. Regularly analyzing client performance and developing customized sales strategies to maximize revenue and client engagement
6. Gathering and analyzing customer and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics 7. Presenting sales results and realistic forecasts to company management
8. Cross-functional collaboration to ensure product, process and customer relationship improvement
9. Play an important role in external market representation and stay abreast of industry trends, competition and technological advancements. Build partnerships with clients, agencies and ecosystems in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
10. Act as the "voice of the customer" by providing information/feedback on product, operations and opportunities to create and expand business solutions in Central Asia Campaign planning and management1. Supporting advertising campaigns from start to finish
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
3. Plan and create compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to the business and issues.
4. Provide large-scale support for media strategy and planning, and monitor and analyze campaign performance to make proactive recommendations to improve results Cross-functional collaboration1. Work with the marketing team to develop presentations and case studies and participate in industry events and conferences to position as a thought leader.
2. Work with product team to provide feedback and suggestions on advertising solutions, systems and tools to clients and agencies.
3. Working with the sales management team, monitoring risk and healthy client portfolio.
4. Working with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long-term growth.Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. 6-10 years of general experience, 4-6 years of digital marketing experience, 4+ years of digital media sales experience.
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
4. Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem in Central Asia, industry and creative trends.
5. Strong network in the Kazakhstan and Central Asia market, with extensive experience working with C - B partner level managers.
6. Demonstration of outstanding leadership and responsibility for a managed business
7. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, preferably with complex multi-disciplinary clients
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills
9. Excellent oral and written English and Russian, Kazakh is a big plus 10. Self-starter, quick learner, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and strategic thinking
