Job Description
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assisting the team in promoting partner programme acceptance and module socialisation is one of your responsibilities.
- Promote programme uptake and collaborate with internal and external users for success.
- Encourage awareness and comprehension of the Partner Program both internally and externally.
- To ensure programme uptake and comprehension, develop internal awareness and knowledge with partner management, field teams, technical teams, partner operations, and enablement teams.
- To ensure programme uptake and comprehension of partner journey and partnership building processes, develop external awareness and knowledge with existing and new partners.
- Assist in monitoring, improving, and reporting partner programme KPIs and performance measures, as well as programme and partner success.
- Gathering internal and external teams to provide programme owners with the needed programme upgrades and capabilities.
- Developing/updating programme messaging and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 7 years of work experience as a partner manager, partner marketer, sales role in programme enablement/advocacy, partner development and enablement function.
- A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
- Track record of success collaborating with and assisting EMEA teams and partners.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, communication and presentational marketing abilities.
- It is essential to have prior experience forming and managing partnerships.
- Working with internal partner management, sales, technical, and marketing teams as well as partner ecosystems.
- A high level of energy and a "can do" mentality.
- Solid interpersonal skills that foster cooperation and a winning team mentality.
- Capable of delivering/implementing the strategies for many projects on schedule; effective time manager.
- The capacity to manage several conflicting priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced team environment.
- The ability to communicate with grace and integrity at all levels of the organisation.
