In this role, you will take care about B2B Sales Role in IT/Technology Solution Sales,
develop and execute the indirect sales strategy with Partners/Sellers supporting them to be autonomous in selling the Client s Solutions.
Tasks&Responsibilities
- Drive with Partners/Sellers their strategic sales program
- Provide support to extend Client market share, upsell and cross-sell while animating the different promotions
- Engage in key opportunities with the Partners providing Brands & Industries expertise and support
- Identify Key Customers to address them through an adapted strategic sales plan
- Define challenging Customer Coverage targets and corresponding actions to be implemented
- Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused solutions
- Support Partners in managing sales and technical capacity and accurate skills
- Support Partner in co-marketing activities motivate all kinds of marketing activities needed to build appropriate pipeline aligned with the defined sales initiatives
- Manage forecast and pipeline KPIs including following quarters pipeline through 4 rolling quarters cadence with Partners
- Monitor KPIs and create an action plan if KPIs are not met
- Follow up on software licenses’ renewals
- Be engaged in the governance models for the key customers on large deals
Education&Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Technology or equivalent,
- 4+ years experience in IT&Technology Solutions Sales
- Sales experience selling software technology products through reseller channel sales is preferable
- Work experience in large multinational organization products will be appreciated
- English language proficiency
