The Payment Operations Processor works with other business units for premium payment inquiries and requires have minimum understanding of businesses. This role also works with the finance and controlling team very closely. This role is responsible for ensuring that all the required details and invoices are in place to process payments and the payment process itself.

Responsibilities:

• Planning day-to-day tasks based on their priorities as the workload cannot be predicted or prioritized ahead
• Defining payments in the Bank system
• Daily download of bank balances on the electronic banking system
• Preparing statements for each bank account
• Ensuring that all transactions are correctly recorded
• Input, track payments and manage templates
• Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain database of global bank accounts
• Any other tasks as directed by Head of Treasury
• Liaise with all departments throughout the company and build strong working relationships with staff

Profile:
