Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the Programme Management Office for a Payments Industry Programme.
- Implement governance structures and oversee project management functions.
- Manage programme budget, risks, and ensure delivery of objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end payments operation functions and services.
- Establish and adhere to governance, policies, and standards.
- Coordinate alignment of payments operation processes.
- Develop and deliver management information for monitoring.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and management.
- Conduct ongoing research and optimization of processes and technology.
Requirements:
- Degree (NQF 7) in Management or Commerce.
- 3-5 years of Programme/Project Management experience.
- 3-5 years of Operations Management experience.
- Experience in payment systems advantageous.
Knowledge:
- Advanced Microsoft 365 suite.
- Process Management and Mapping.
- Project Management and Business Analysis.
- Knowledge of the National Payment System (NPS) of South Africa.
- Understanding of regulatory, legislative, and governance landscape in the payments industry of South Africa.
Skills:
