Responsibilities:

• Establishing payroll configuration using 1C, SAP.
• Conducting payroll calculations in accordance with Kazakhstan's legal requirements using 1C 8.3, SAP.
• Generating payment orders in 1C and SAP and subsequently uploading them to Internet Banking.
• Distributing payslips to employees.
• Compiling and submitting Income Tax (IIT) and Social Tax (ST) declarations (Forms 200.00).
• Preparing and submitting various statistical reports.
• Operating within online banking platforms.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of all necessary data for payroll processing, including taxable income, deductions, etc.
• Offering on-demand consulting to clients regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of (stable) experience at a similar position
• A profound understanding of the whole payroll process
• Experience in SONO software is a great plus
• An excellent command of English including the familiarity with all the Accounting related terminology
• Experience at transnational companies is also an advantage
