Payroll Coordinator (full-time or part-time)

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and verify payroll processes managed through an external provider.
- Validate attendance data, timesheets, bonuses, overtime, and deductions for all employees.
- Ensure timely processing of meal vouchers and related employee benefits.
- Maintain and update personnel files and documentation for active and former employees.
- Draft and record employment contracts, addenda, suspensions, and terminations in REVISAL.
- Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation and internal company policies.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholders and service providers (medical, finance, legal).
- Provide HR administrative support and assist in the preparation of various employee-related attestations.
- Maintain structured archives and reports for audits and internal reviews.
Profile & requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Law, or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (payroll or HR administration).
- Strong understanding of Romanian labor law and REVISAL.
- Excellent attention to detail, independence, and accountability.
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Fluent in Romanian and English (both written and spoken).
- Organized, punctual, and responsive — comfortable working in a fast-paced yet structured environment.
