Parkside Recruitment are currently partnering with a rapidly growing business for the appointment of a Payroll Manager.
You will ideally have 3 years experience in a similar position and be eager to progress your career into a fast paced role.
Responsibilities:

Day to day management of the payroll team.
- Including recruiting and training new team members.
- Oversee, manage the processing of UK, ROI, Ni and Jersey payrolls.
- Ensure policies and procedures for payroll are compliant with HMRC and other regulations.
- Ensuring statutory requirements are met for Pensions (payroll processing and employee communications). Is the company contact for the Pension Regulator and ensures we meet our reporting requirements.
- Processing Tax year end & P11D benefit statements.
- Provide information and supporting evidence for Financial Year End Audit.
- Managing computer software, systems, and third-party suppliers - ensuring a strong working relationship and achievement of SLAs.
- Working closely with the People team on all reward projects, providing insight into best practices and payroll / benefits regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong people management experience within a payroll function.
- Strong analytical skills, financial experience and attention to detail.
- Experience managing a payroll with similar employee numbers and complexity.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- The ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of pension regulations.
