We need a specialist with min 2-3 years of HR Employment legislation and salaries calculation experience, who will become part of talented and active internal HR team as payroll specialist .
You will report directly to the group HR director.
Main responsibilities:
- Calculates net and gross salary bonuses, occasional or permanent salary increases, monthly salary and of the contributions and taxes.
- Generates & validates payment statements (salary calculation).
- Manages the benefits of the employees, the packages granted and transmits the input-output situation.
- Provides information for the preparation of the annual Business Plan on salaries and salary costs
- Prepares, evaluates, and proposes efficiency solutions regarding payroll and administration management reports.
- Support deployment of the right solution to apply in ERP any legislation changes
- Generates and submits the D112 declaration on social contributions.
- Generates the salary accounting note and the monthly reports according to the accounting plan.
- Provides support and advice to the management team on various cases regarding labour and tax legislation related to salary.
- Ensures the elaboration of the individual employment contracts and modifications of the contractual elements in the system and the transmission to ReviSal.
- Prepares and archives the personnel files of employees.
- Makes various reports at the request of management.
- Ensures the relationship with the state institutions
You need to be:
- Very well self -organised, with a great attention to details
- Able to plan and handle big volumes
- Knowledgeable and always in depth with the related legislation
- Very ethical and loyal, due to the confidentiality aspects involved
- Prompt and flexible
- Previously worked with ReviSal
- Able to use ERP such are Charisma, Sap etc
