- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in performance engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in performance testing with LoadRunner (especially with Web, TruClient and Java over HTTP protocols)
- At least 2 years in leading people (at least from technology aspects)
- Proven experience in developing load test scripts/scenarios, system monitoring, detecting problems and analyzing/validating execution results.
- Strong skills in identifying, diagnosing and solving compound performance issues as well as providing detailed technical analysis.
- Knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages (Java -preferred, JavaScript, Python, Perl)
- Experience working with cloud products and Knowledge in Cloud architecture (AWS and/or Azure)
- Knowledge and experience of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
- Excellent Linux knowledge with proven experience in both OS commands and machine monitoring
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring - Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog or similar
