Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain performance tests 
• Analyze performance test results
• System and application monitoring 
• Test new versions for performance regressions
• Help other team members with technical and technological issues
• Organize and monitor team tasks
• Write tasks per performance requirements 
• Working closely with developers, architects, QA and DevOps

Position Requirements: 

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in performance engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in performance testing with LoadRunner (especially with Web, TruClient and Java over HTTP protocols)
• At least 2 years in leading people (at least from technology aspects)
• Proven experience in developing load test scripts/scenarios, system monitoring, detecting problems and analyzing/validating execution results.
• Strong skills in identifying, diagnosing and solving compound performance issues as well as providing detailed technical analysis.
• Knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages (Java -preferred, JavaScript, Python, Perl)
• Experience working with cloud products and Knowledge in Cloud architecture (AWS and/or Azure)
• Knowledge and experience of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent Linux knowledge with proven experience in both OS commands and machine monitoring
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring - Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog or similar
• Good network knowledge – huge advantage 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very independent, self-managed, task leading capabilities, team player, pleasant to work with

Desired but Not Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD tool. Specifically – Jenkins.
• Experience with Version Control tool. Specifically – Git.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience with VMware 
• Experience with Selenium
