Program Design: Develop individualized strength conditioning programs based on assessment results, client goals, and specific sport or activity requirements.

Training Sessions: Lead engaging and effective training sessions focused on improving strength, power, agility, and overall athletic performance.

Technique Instruction: Provide instruction and feedback on proper exercise techniques to ensure safe and effective performance during training sessions.

Progress Tracking: Monitor clients’ progress regularly and adjust training programs as needed to optimize results and prevent plateaus.

Nutrition Guidance: Offer basic nutrition guidance and recommendations to support clients’ fitness goals and overall health.

Client Education: Educate clients on the principles of strength conditioning, exercise physiology, and injury prevention to empower them to take ownership of their fitness journey.

Motivation and Support: Provide encouragement, motivation, and support to clients to help them stay committed to their fitness goals and overcome challenges.

Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients to address any questions, concerns, or feedback they may have regarding their training program.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of client assessments, progress, and session attendance to track performance and ensure accountability.
