Job Summary:
A reputable Consumer Health company based in Cairo, Egypt is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital performance campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong track record of driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Manage and optimize campaigns across key channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for ROI, CAC, and ROAS
- Lead media planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, medical, regulatory, sales) to ensure alignment and compliance
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights
- Manage external agencies and vendors where applicable
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
- Ensure all digital activities comply with local regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in digital/performance marketing
- At least 2 years in a Performance Marketing Manager role
- Experience within Consumer Health, FMCG, or related industries
- Background in marketing agencies (preferred) or strong in-house experience
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Digital marketing certifications are a plus
