Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP and Symfony Framework.
• Implement caching strategies and optimize performance using Redis.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in PHP, including modern PHP features and best practices.
  • Proven experience with the Symfony Framework and its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
