Responsibilities:

• Design and implement physical IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Perform installation, configuration, and testing of physical systems in accordance with client requirements.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to physical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of physical systems with other IT components.
• Monitor the performance and capacity of physical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of physical infrastructure components.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during system implementation and post-implementation stages.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to physical system engineering.
• Travel to client sites as needed to perform system installations and provide on-site support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience of 2 -3 years in physical system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of physical IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Proficiency in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of physical systems.
• Familiarity with server virtualization technologies and cloud computing concepts.
• Experience with data center operations and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work in different locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) are a plus.
