-Education: BSc in Nursing.

-Experience: From 2 to 3 years as OPD -Head Nurse.

-Certification: ACLS -BLS

-Strong communication skills.

-Strong interpersonnal skills.

-Extremely Excellent in English.

*Responsibilities:

•Receive a report regarding all patients care from the previous assigned in charge nurse.

•Prepare monthly staff schedules, ensuring staffing levels and skills mix meet patient care needs.

•Ensures that doctor's orders and patient management plans are followed, and the appropriate steps are taken.

• Ensures that all staff follows correct infection control procedures at all time and report any problems.

• Evaluate, Coach, and train staff nurses.

•Assess learning needs of staff and planning continuous evaluation in collaboration of education department.
