A leading industrial organization is seeking an experienced 'Planning & S&OP Senior Manager' to lead production planning, material availability, scheduling execution, and inventory optimization across a complex manufacturing environment.

This role plays a critical part in aligning production, procurement, logistics, and commercial operations to ensure efficient supply execution, high service levels, and optimized inventory performance.

The successful candidate will lead planning operations, drive cross-functional coordination, and support the continuous enhancement of planning systems, processes, and operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production planning and scheduling activities across short- and mid-term horizons
• Ensure effective material availability and inventory optimization aligned with operational and commercial requirements
• Drive planning execution through ERP/MRP and scheduling systems, including SAP and related planning tools
• Coordinate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to balance demand and capacity
• Support and enhance the S&OP process, translating forecasts into executable production plans
• Monitor planning KPIs, including OTIF, inventory performance, adherence, and scheduling efficiency
• Identify and mitigate operational risks related to capacity, materials, and supply continuity
• Lead planning process improvements, system upgrades, and cross-functional planning initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in industrial production planning or supply chain planning
• Previous managerial experience within manufacturing or industrial operations
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems, ideally SAP
• Exposure to S&OP environments and production scheduling processes
• Strong analytical and operational decision-making skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional coordination in dynamic production environments
• Fluency in Greek and English
