My client are an Engineering company in Feltham and require a Planning Team Manager with exceptional people management skills that has experience of working within a resource planning / scheduling / service environment. Paying £38-45Kpa, this role is fully office based and will involve:-

- Ensuring the team are meeting client SLA's and KPI's

- Recruiting, developing and retaining staff

- Regular 1 to 1's and staff development / training

- Analyse and report on performance data to senior management

- Develop new processes to improve performance

- Escalation point for client issues and implement continuous improvement plans

- Identify any performance issues within the team and resolve or improve upon these

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience from within the planning / service / scheduling environment to take on a team manager role.
