Job Title: Plant -Finance Controller / Plant- Accounts Manager

We are hiring for the position of Plant Finance Controller / Plant Accounts Manager for a leading engineering and precision manufacturing company based in Nashik. The role involves handling plant-level financial accounting, costing, MIS reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, and finance controlling activities for a new manufacturing setup.

The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing finance, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ERP accounting, plant costing, and financial reporting. Exposure to cost optimization, machine payback analysis, and supporting management decision-making is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance; CA Inter / CMA preferred
• 10–15 years of experience in accounting, costing, and compliance in manufacturing / engineering / automotive industries
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, factory finance operations, and ERP-based accounting
• Experience in plant-level costing and MIS reporting
