Our Client is a world-leading Manufacturer in the Oil and Gas Industry.

For their growing operations in Viotia, they are searching for a ‘Continuous Improvement Manager’ to facilitate the deployment of the Operations Excellence Program (BEST) and develop the Continuous Improvement Processes and Culture in the Plant.

Your responsibilities:

• Set the direction and manage the Continuous Improvement process for the Plant:

• Coordinate the development of the Plant Operations Excellence plan
• Prioritize projects and activities to assure delivery of significant improvements fully aligned with Business needs
• Follow up the delivery of the Operations Excellence plan, proactively identify and resolve/escalate risks and roadblocks, assuring that deadlines & objectives are met
• Perform analysis of production data and create end-to-end loss trees and operational KPIs, to understand the current state and identify main losses and areas of improvement & lead specific projects

• Develop Continuous Improvement Culture across the plant

• Communicate the vision and content of BEST Operations Excellence Program via consistent and clear messaging
• Explain Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools, clarify questions, and provide constant guidance
• Train, coach and develop plant teams, both leadership and shop floor personnel, deploying the Integrated Working System (IWS).

• Actively participate in IWS/RTT deployment in the plant as RTT (Run to Target) Local Trainer & coordinate the IWS deployment:

• Undertake the role of RTT Local Trainer during RTT roll-outs as a full-time member of the RTT deployment team.
• Manage the Plant IWS progress and reporting in Catalyst Platform, coordinate the performance of monthly Assessments, action plan development and actions follow up
• Proactively identify, manage & escalate when needed issues & roadblocks in IWS deployment
• Maintain Plant’s IWS roll-out plan
• Participate in meetings, coach IWS activities, perform health checks, and deliver training based on IWS program needs

• Manage all relevant stakeholders to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and support the achievement of exceptional results:

• Conduct regular reporting on the progress of the Continuous Improvement process in the plant to the Project Management Office
• Coordinate the communication of achievements and best practices to the broader Organization
• Be responsible for the alignment of continuous improvement processes & sharing of best practices between the different functional areas 

Your profile:

• Strong academic background in Engineering, Operations Management/Industrial Management.

• More than 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing Operations or/and Maintenance, Health & Safety, TQM.

• Working experience in advanced operations excellence methodologies and tools (Lean 6sigma, TPM)

• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP Production and Maintenance modules.
