Job Description-

 Aiding in the monthly calculation of standard costs and preparing associated reports to analyze gross margin by products

 Material Cost: Release standard and calculate monthly material cost, complete analysis on delta material cost i.e standard vs actual. Complete details of material OCOGS. New products standard release with the help of platform and IFC. Support budget activities for fixing standard both components and finished goods. Freight cost working and finalized monthly FTO,

 Inventory: Inventory valuation, complete control on the inventory activities posts by store and other department, Monthly reconciliation of major components against production. FG reconciliation and aging of the inventory, supervise CY & FY closure inventory physical activities, working on the provision like slow moving/obsolete inventory. Post inventory discrepancy after complete analysis.

 Transformation Cost: Complete control on transformation cost, support budget activities related to transformation cost. Detailed analysis of manpower cost, energy cost & auxiliary material cost, calculate overhead cost for Mar & Dec, to load on inventory. Monthly provisions related to transformation cost & other related provisions.

 Audit: Support Statutory audit, tax audit & cost audit. Also support all types of internal audits.

 Support plan team for inventory related activities and scrap related activities.

 Should be able to handle cost audit independently.

 Managerial Reconciliation: Person should handle managerial reconciliation as per requirement of the Group HQ

 Working and supporting the team on forecast / planning related aspects of cost allocations

 Carrying out overhead allocation & analysis of actual overhead cost and standard cost with suggestions/recommendations

 Inputting product costs that are accurate representation and set-up these costs in the ERP systems

 Revising the costing sheet of labor charges, vendor material purchase etc. when necessary

 Researching and explaining variances and discrepancies as needed on BOMs and updating stakeholders to initiate required actions

 Recommending improvements to the process to reduce variances from standard cost to actual

 Researching and investigating all financial queries around cost allocations

 Monitoring & reporting inventory aging of the products and optimum holding level
