Role
- Accountable for Operational profit, Industrial Cost optimization, manufacturing quality control and on time delivery of a 24/7, high end manufacturing plant.
- Lead cross functional team comprising of Production, Injection Molding, Foundry, Assembly operations, Stores, Maintenance and Quality control.
- Lead sales & operation planning, to ensure on time delivery, just in time manufacturing, optimum inventory turnover ratio.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma, TPM, SMED, VSM, Kanban & 5S, all modern manufacturing techniques.
- Drive Industrial productivity, automation of assembly operation, efficient utilization of work force.
- Monthly reporting of key dashboards to reflect KPI and Risks
- Excellent project management skills.
- Progressively upgrade the automated manufacturing line towards industry 4.0.
Qualification
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Degree with additional qualification or certification on modern industrial science.
- More than 20 years of experience in manufacturing industry preferably with leading Electrical, Electronics or Automotive industrial facility / plant / operation management.
- Hands on experience with high precision electric injection molding and automated assembly line.
- A champion on Lean Six Sigma, with industry 4.0 exposure.
