# Managing excellent customer service and enhancing professional relationship by providing customized services in terms of improved Quality, Cost and Delivery
# Ensuring adherence to production management ,quality management, process enhancement and team management in the plant
# Managing the overall IR and environmental issues through employees involvement in plant level improvement and effective communication   
# Managing the P&L function of the company (cash flow, liquidity and profitability) to avoid gaps
# Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and in meeting the company level goals /targets like production targets,  new quality systems (TPM, TPS, APS etc ) implementation
