Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the execution of production plans with optimum plant performance with respect to production and quality.
2. Ensuring that the Manufacturing Site is kept updated with all Legal requirements of the region in terms of Regulatory, Pollution Control norms and other Labour body related norms pertaining to the strength and classification of the Manufacturing Site.  
3. Compliance with budgetary requirements, quality standards to meet Regulatory requirement  
4. To ensure Manufacturing of Finished product as per desired/ acceptable quality. 
5. Co-ordination and control of Engineering Services, Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Qualification.
6. Deploying manpower based on production plan and resource availability and managing routine labour issues.
7. Strategic Planning of Raw Material supplies, Outsourcing and Contract work/ agencies.
8. Taking Measures for Cost improvements and planning activities to enable such optimization at the Manufacturing Site.
9. Proposals for Corrective & Preventive Actions.
10. To ensure timely delivery of finished products
11. To control overall purchase and Inventory maintenance of Stores Department.
12. Organizing the execution of potential Regulatory & cGMP Inspections of Customers & Regulatory Authorities.
13. Ensuring compliance with Company's / cGMP guidelines as laid from time to time.
14. Overall control on HR & Administration Policies, Management review and Industrial Relations.
15. To review Manpower requirement of the Company from time to time.
16. Planning growth and expansion.
17. Co-ordination of Production in Unit / QC / Packing / Stores / QA to ensure implementation of production plan.
18. To check that production operations are carried out as per SOPs and records are maintained in relevant logs and registers.
19. To check and ensure regular maintenance of department premises and equipments.
20. To ensure that required initial and continuing training is imparted to all department staff and workmen as per need.
21. To ensure cGMP norms are followed in all aspects of production, cleaning and storage of materials in the department
