Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee the construction of a new Plant to process insect protein into value-added ingredients..

• Ensure optimal Plant operations while managing the parameters of quality, process, and productivity.

• Manage the Plant workforce and ensure safety rules are observed in the plant.

• Supervise machinery maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep.

• Plan and execute measures to optimize capacity utilization of the Plant, administer quality controls, oversee plant safety, and optimize production costs.

• Maintain good manufacturing practices and HACCP standards.

• Optimize warehouse planning and ensuring timely dispatches. Experience as a Project member for Green and Brown Field projects including installation and statutory compliance/approvals process would be an added advantage

• Awareness of high levels of safety, quality and productivity processes

• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example

• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
