Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

4. Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational enhancement, while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective production while meeting quality and safety targets.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with all relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring the facility's compliance.
8. Technology Integration: Explore and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
9. Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HSE management in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated success in process optimization and cost reduction.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
