Responsibilities

- Responsible for plant safety and compliance.
- Overall responsible for P&L of the plant.
- Take responsibility for the Greenfield project and lead all the related activities till SOP.
- Implement digitization initiatives.
- To plan and effectively manage the necessary resources.
- To drive performance improvement based on actual internal results & identified gaps, customer feedback and establish strong internal reviews & response mechanism.
- To proactively and regularly interact with customers & internal stakeholders to exchange necessary information and build strong communication relationship.
- To ensure compliance towards all regulatory, legal and systemic requirements through strong monitoring & review mechanism.
- To ensure adherence to defined standards, methods through regular reviews and drive improvement for current methods, standards towards strong Built-in-quality approach.
- To provide support and guidance to respective plant teams in analyzing and deciding preventive solutions of complex problems affecting operations.
- To continuously monitor and develop the necessary skills and competencies for the team members. Ensure stretch KRAs and effective PMS (performance management system) for team members.
- Adherence to inventory targets in RM, SFG & FG parts
- Ensure SAP system health through sample audits and driving PIV / Quarterly inventory programs.
- Capacity planning & CAPEX & OPEX Budgeting. Monitor OPEX and plan for cost control / reduction activities.
- Keep overall administrative control over the plant.
- Maintain good 5S conditions in the plant and work towards visual improvements.
- Implement 6 SIGMA, lean tools for improvements.
