We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic Plant Head/Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at a large-scale food production facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, with strong expertise in plant leadership, operational excellence, food safety compliance, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse functions.

- Ensure optimal production planning, capacity utilisation, and on-time delivery.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

- Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSC 22000, and SFDA regulations.

- Lead internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.

- Lead, mentor, and develop large multi-functional teams.

- Own plant-level budgeting and cost control initiatives.

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Lead plant expansion, automation, and capex projects.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in food manufacturing operations.

- 8–10 years in senior plant leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations and food safety systems.

- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
