Responsibilities-

• Drive and achieve results regarding SQPCDM (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery & Morale).
• Develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Ensuring compliances towards all safe working environment, regulatory, legal, and systemic.
• To build and develop high performing team.

Years of experience:

• Option-1: 15 to 20 Years (Min 3+ years’ experience as plant head or equivalent)
• Option-2: 12 to 15 years (without plant head experience)

• (Preferred from Automotive tier 2/Technical Textile Industry)

Knowledge & Expertise in:

• Safety Standards
• People management
• Lean manufacturing
• Customer orientation
• Quality Standards and certification
• Business Acumen

Education:

Preferably BE/B-Tech in Textile/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering
