Job Description:-

• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. 
• Increase production, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. 
• Take up the responsibility for production output, product quality.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. 
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives, and provide direction and focus. 
• Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff. 
• Commit to plant safety procedures. 
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure an effective return on assets. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and concepts. 
• Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow.

Required candidate profile:-

• Press & die shop operations handling experience of 10+ years with Kaizens implementation in operational activities & die design
• Excellent understanding of die design and manufacturing excellence.
• Hands on experience on presses preventive & breakdown maintenance along with understanding of latest technologies available.
• RFQs handling, NPD Supervision and commercials settlement with customers & suppliers.
• IATF & ISO14001 documentation hands on experience, SOPs writing & finalization
• Customer Process Audits, potential customers audits documentation
• Legal compliance experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Mig welding, robotic, paint shop also preferred.
• B.E./ B.Tech degree holder preferred.

IT Skills required

• Should have hands-on experience of Autocad and advance excel.
