We are seeking a highly experienced Plant HR Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience in Plant Maintenance, Workforce/ Labour Management, Labour Laws, Administration, Compliance, and liaison with Government bodies. As the Plant HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our plant facility.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of the plant
- Ensure effective utilization of resources to maintain optimal plant operations.
- Responsible for managing all equipment’s, Acs, machines used as a part of Administration
- Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency.
Manpower Management:
- Manage the plant's workforce effectively, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet the plant's operational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Handle all aspects of labour management, including scheduling, allocation of duties, and resolving conflicts.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity in the plant.
- Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and company policies.
Labour Laws and Compliance:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government bodies, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with relevant labour laws and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and address any issues promptly.
- Checks and implements health and safety measures
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and interactions with government officials.
Administration:
- Oversee administrative functions within the plant, including record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Manage employee benefits programs and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Manages the Existing vendors and empanelment of new Vendors.
- Manages Tours and Travel bookings including local cabs/taxi
