Job Description:

• Lead the plant maintenance department with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Oversee and supervise manufacturing operations with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Preferred experience with CMMS and TPM or Reliability field.
• Identify and address safety gaps to achieve Zero Safety Incidents.
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis techniques (FMEA’s, 5Why’s, ATS, etc.) and implementing countermeasures to promote a Zero Breakdown culture.
• Process-oriented with the ability to identify and solve process gaps.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, lubrication, and predictive maintenance.
• Capability to effectively learn and manage the plant’s equipment and processes.
