Our Client is a leading Food Manufacturer.

For their growing operations, they are looking for a 'Plant Maintenance Manager', based in one of their factories in Northern Attica, to contribute to the overall maintenance of their production process.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Supervising the plant’s E/M equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Planning and conducting any routine preventive maintenance operations.
• Effectively executing emergency maintenance projects & repairs.
• Working with the maintenance team on optimizing key performance indicators of the maintenance system.
• Leading and monitoring maintenance team to ensure that health and safety standards are maintained.
• Participating and contributing to technical projects of upgrading the plant’s E/M equipment.

Your Profile: 

• Strong academic background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Experienced in industrial automation (PLC and E/M equipment in general) and in organizing and monitoring routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities.
• Strong English skills.
