Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant
• Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Identifying and leading the improvement projects for various operational processes
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

Qualifications

• Preferably Technical field (BE/BTech)  education background 

• Proven experience working in plant or production operations required
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Familiar with operating plant/production equipment safely and efficiently
• English language  knowledge – competent user
