Plant Operations Manager-Biofuel

- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
- Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business activities such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
- Works closely with Plant Manager on other special planning and departmental projects.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.

- Improving plant productivity
- UCO & Bio-diesel processing
- Percentage of reduce MTBF
- Comply with all standards and regulations.
- Downtime of UCO Recycling facility.
- Controlling Cost
- Percentage drop of amount spent OPEX
- Maintain daily records and reports.
- Supervisor and team member satisfaction.
- Employee Relations
- Percentage of new skilled developed
- Safety Compliance
- Percentage of total workforce represented OSH programmes
- No. of incident recorded
Minimum Requirement
- 10-15 years of similar experience into Plant Operations Management for a Biodiesel/Biofuel plant.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
