Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to develop and drive continuous improvement and high performance within the team
• Must be able to generate ideas for better performance, quality improvement, cost reduction drive innovation
• Responsible for designing and developing automotive seating systems and components aligning with the ergonomics and seating standards
• Proficient in Plastic/Trim Part design of various parts such as fender, fairing assembly, seats etc. and do virtual simulation for part design, reporting takeaways from it
