Key Responsibilities:

PMO Oversight: Establish and maintain the PMO function within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

Project Portfolio Management: Manage the project portfolio, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking of key performance indicators.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, providing guidance on risk assessment and risk management strategies.

Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and utilization, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain project performance reporting and dashboards for key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain project standards and deliverables.

Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to project implementations and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or PMO certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership, ideally within the automotive, food and beverage, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
