JOB TITLE: POC ENGINEER         LOCATION: MADRID

The company's database is characterized by its linear scalability and high ingest speed, which makes it 7 to 10 times faster than other manufacturers on the market.

THE ROLE

As POC Engineer is part of the expert team who are responsible for designing and demonstrating cutting-edge company solutions. This is a customer-facing test role that drives new customer wins and introductions of new technologies to our worldwide customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design highly quality tests to prove advantages of Company products, technologies, and solutions to customers
• Build and configure complex test and perform rigorous POC tests
• Demonstrate Company's solutions to customers and provide test reports
• Innovate and develop testing and productivity improvement tools
• Improve Company product offerings and quality through feature enhancement proposals, bug reports, and engineering reviews
• Author white papers and design guides on Company products and technologies and POC methodologies

THE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in development, design, and architecture around data field.
• Experience in presales or POC or supporting technical sales cycles in data management, data integration, quality, data governance or database in general.
• Excellent knowledge about PL/SQL
• Experience with Java
• Desirable to have experience with .NET or Python
