About the Role:
This position plays a key role in optimizing port and warehouse logistics operations — ensuring efficient material flows, strong subcontractor performance, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise daily warehouse, inventory, and space utilization activities
- Coordinate closely with port operators, subcontractors, and port users to align logistics needs
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements
- Support subcontractor selection, performance evaluation, and contract oversight
- Monitor logistics KPIs and maintain accurate reporting to support continuous improvement
- Contribute to the implementation and proper use of WMS / ERP systems
- Lead, coach, and motivate logistics personnel, fostering a performance and safety culture
- Identify workflow opportunities to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business
- 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or port operations, ideally in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Commitment to HSE compliance and continuous improvement
- Fluency in Greek & English
