About the Role:

This position plays a key role in optimizing port and warehouse logistics operations — ensuring efficient material flows, strong subcontractor performance, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise daily warehouse, inventory, and space utilization activities
• Coordinate closely with port operators, subcontractors, and port users to align logistics needs
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements
• Support subcontractor selection, performance evaluation, and contract oversight
• Monitor logistics KPIs and maintain accurate reporting to support continuous improvement
• Contribute to the implementation and proper use of WMS / ERP systems
• Lead, coach, and motivate logistics personnel, fostering a performance and safety culture
• Identify workflow opportunities to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business
• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or port operations, ideally in an industrial environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Commitment to HSE compliance and continuous improvement
• Fluency in Greek & English
