Role Overview:
You will manage, develop, and grow a panel of Brokers, driving business retention and new opportunities while ensuring profitability targets are met. This role requires strong technical underwriting knowledge, broker relationship management, and a focus on delivering superior client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business and sales plans.

• Underwrite risks within delegated authority.

• Grow Gross Written Premiums (GWP) and manage loss ratios.

• Build strong broker relationships to drive business growth.

• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ short-term insurance experience (with Engineering Products).

• Strong broker network and proven sales track record.

• FAIS compliant & valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
