We are collaborating with a top-tier insurance company which is hiring a Power Platform Manager to lead their integration strategy and Power Platform initiatives at their Madrid subsidiary.

In this key role, you'll lead high-impact teams, drive cross-system connectivity using Azure Integration Services, and define a robust API and Power Platform strategy. 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor Application Integration and Power Platform teams

• Define and execute enterprise integration strategy using Azure tools

• Establish API governance for secure, scalable integration

• Promote adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

• Explore Agentic AI to enhance intelligent automation and innovation

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align on priorities

• Deliver high-quality technical documentation and presentations

• Champion project delivery best practices and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Strong experience with Azure Integration Services in enterprise settings

• Expertise in API management and scalable integration architectures

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (or high interest to grow in it)

• Curiosity about Agentic AI and future-facing technologies

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex projects

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Ability to influence stakeholders across business and IT

• Experience in multinational environments, ideally in large corporations
