Location: Ningbo or Wuhai

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Decompose according to the target of the complete vehicle, responsible for setting the technical indicators of the suspension system, and complete the simulation analysis of the electric vehicle suspension system level, and the evaluation of the layout plan, etc.

▪ Responsible for the planning and implementation of system-level performance verification, such as NVH adjustment, system bench test, etc.

▪ Take the lead in tackling key problems at the integrated system level, and formulate effective rectification measures in a timely manner, including NVH/VD performance improvement and balance, etc.

▪ Leading forward-looking technical research in the field of motor power integration, enhancing development capabilities in professional fields, and optimizing development processes.
