Our client is an international a Tier One online marketplace E-commerce company with its global HQ in China. Currently we are looking for PR Manager for France, reporting to the Vice President of PR based at their HQ in China.

This is a once-in -a -professional-lifetime opportunity to get on board this global icon and help build their French business from the ground up. The role will be 100% home-based, in the first year, and thereafter a balance of home-& office-based thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to increase brand awareness and build a positive public image for the company.
2 Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, bloggers, influencers, and industry experts.
3 Plan and execute media relations activities, including press releases, media pitches, etc.
4 Develop the company's crisis communication plan and respond to negative PR in a timely and effective manner.
5 Monitor and analyze media coverage of the company.

Role Requirements:

1 Bachelor or Master 's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2 At least 5 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in a tech company, e-commerce or PR agency/Management consultancy specialized in tech startups.

3 Demonstrable PR track-record in both consumer-facing campaigns and industry-facing activities (such a lobby groups or industry associations)  
4 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
4 Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5 Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects .Experience managing crisis communication and responding to negative publicity.
6 Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

7 Full fluency in Mandarin, French & English is required.
