• Reporting Manager: CTO
• Location: Chennai 
• Work Mode: In-office 

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and act as a thought leader for the technical organization. 
• Achieve cost-profit margin objectives by utilizing Lean and other operational excellence techniques to continually reduce total cost of operations and improve quality
• Work with Sales, PM, Finance and Delivery to ensure effective reporting and maximise profitability on projects
• Build a technology brand that is a talent magnet and inspire a world-class team of customer-focused engineers/analysts who use data and technology to enable our growing business
• Grow the next set of practice leaders to continue scaling the business unit 
• Establish and refine service delivery processes to ensure ‘Client Performance’ across customer journey
• Develop and/or improve tools, systems, processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness to deliver ‘Client Success’
• Support leveraged Expertise to drive the service portfolio and roadmaps in response to our customers’ needs
• Support Sales/Pre-Sales in discovery, solutioning, proposal and kick-off stages of the customer lifecycle
• Engage the tech community by attending and speaking at meetups, conferences, and other events

Candidate requirements:

• 18+ Years of experience in Big Data, Analytics, AI/ML
• Must have Hands-on Public Cloud & Data-MLOps experience
