• Title / Designation: Practice Leader – Cloud Data Factory (Snowflake)

• Reporting Manager: VP / Chief Delivery Officer
• Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram / Mohali

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement of the overall CDF practice growth strategy

• Interact with the ISV / OEM Partner Ecosystem – of Snowflake and other CDF solutions – and steer the GTM and sales efforts, with their frontends, steering hyper scale growth

• Own the articulation on the company’s CDF service offerings and solutions and sharpen the GTM (go-to-market) messaging thereon

• Lead business development, pre-sales and sales enablement with P&L responsibility of the CDF practice

• Consult with client stakeholders at various levels – including CXOs – on Data Blueprint, Roadmap exercise and position Snowflake CDF solutions and allied areas including BI modernization, cloud deployments, AI/ML, Microservices, API integrations, Bigdata, Customer experience, User Experience, etc.

• Lead and grow a team of CDF solutions experts, who steer Enterprises Customers to make informed decisions, based on actionable and accessible data.

• Completely own the building of practice capacity, capabilities and competencies, as per current and future requirements, working seamlessly with sales, operations, and other functions

• Lead accounts growth, driving new business around Applications / Data Engineering areas

• Champion customer success and mentor engineering teams within the Practice

Candidate requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in the Analytics space, covering all the areas mentioned in the ‘Role and Responsibilities’ section

• Must have been an Analytics Practice Leader, over the recent 3+ years or more

• Acknowledged thought leader on Snowflake Cloud Data / Data Engg space with very good understanding of Data Ecosystem, with proven, consistent record of thought leadership in this space, including conducting webinars or seminars, active techno-blogging, etc.

• Knowledge of Financial Services domain – highly preferable

• Exposure to & understanding of Data Prep / ETL (Snowflake Ecosystem, Databricks, Matillion, dbt, Alteryx etc), Database (Oracle, SQL Server etc) and Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
