Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and support the sales team with appropriate product offerings.

• Manage item master and create new item codes as required.

• Prepare BOM for quoted items to estimate costing.

• Support commercial team in product mapping and commercial offers.

• Ensure ordered products match quoted specifications and highlight discrepancies.

• Prepare and release internal orders for manufacturing.

• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure correct product delivery.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical preferred; graduates in other disciplines with relevant experience may also apply.

• Experience: 2–4 years in Pre-Sales.

• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), sales tracking systems, BI software.

• Strong communication and MS Office skills.

• Experience in MIS reporting.

• High integrity, commitment, and self-motivation.
