Our client, a European MNC into Aluminium Structures (Building Material) is looking to hire a Pre-Sales Manager based in Dubai / KSA.

Must Have:

Bachelors’ degree in Civil OR Architectural Engineering

Min – 3-5 years of experience working with Structures or Façade or Fabrication companies

Job Responsibilities:

• To contribute to the success of company set sales targets by ensuring your individual set targets are achieved in terms of pre-sales assignments to contribute towards the growth of the company tonnage, volume, turnover value and number new Customers in order to improve company market share.
• To identify projects, collect the required information and pass the same to the concerned department(s) , products are specified by Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Developers and construction companies.
• To collect information and build the data of new projects.
• To understand the customers activities and ensure to maintain an efficient understanding, cooperation and communication between customers and the company
• Developing and implementing of pre-sales activities coordinating with technical department
• CRM Management
• Liaising with respective Area Sales Mangers to support and implement growth strategies
• Ensuring the specified projects are converted in to orders
• Arrange Architects visits to Showroom / Customer Showroom to update our product.
• Regular Market Survey about the industry
