Responsibilities:
- Work independently on pre-sales activities which include: understanding customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements, strategic Solution selling, solution Presentation.
- Lead the technical response to enterprise customers' RFPs & RFIs.
- Demonstrate expertise in building business cases that clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of your customer/prospect organizations.
- Craft high-level relationships within the accounts to win incremental product and services business. Ensure sales plans/account plans are in place for the key target accounts.
- Build and promote customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify market opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Ensure strong alignment between customer expectations, the service promise, and our capacity to deliver support delivery capability enhancement.
- Provides monthly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner. Participates in the preparation of analysis and reports on service sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security) or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a similar role (Pre-Sales Engineer/Consultant, Solution Architect/Engineer) within the Threat Intelligence (TI) / Managed Security Services (MSS) / Managed Detection & Response (MDR) / Cybersecurity / Security Software domains.
- Experience in conducting multiple successful POCs for Enterprise level customers.
- 100% professional and highly motivated with excellent analytic and negotiation skills.
- Consistent track record of over-achievement; net new logo accomplishments; and keen understanding of how to leverage channel partnerships.
- Evidence of ‘team sales’ and the ability to use internal resources, partners, and team members to be successful.
- Experience in preparing business solution proposals and providing corporate presentations to senior management.
- Strong, effective presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written (in person, on the phone, e-meet, and via email).
- Attention to detail both verbal and written.
