We are looking for someone who has worked closely with the government sector

Perform pre-investigation data gathering and requirement analysis.

Estimate and size the customer requirements with reference to the pre-investigation and using the help of the technical/functional staff or third party

Prepare and conduct presentation on the proposed service/solution if required by the customer.

Receive the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Study the RFP to prepare the technical write-up and the costing of the proposed solution, whilst engaging the vendor for a matching proposal

Receive assistance from Development Consultants and technical/ functional Staff to fillcompliance sheets

Respond to customer inquiries to explain the proposed solution.

Prepare technological trends analysis reports & new solution coverage report.

Involved in customer meetings with the aim to describe/discuss the proposed service/solution and highlight advantages over competitors

Ensure the review of the technical aspect of the Project implementation plan prepared by the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within the set time frame.

Contribute to the regular preparation and update of the offerings Portfolio. (Introduce new offerings, retire old offerings)

Assist in educating the Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of new offerings

Communicate with the different teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as clients’ needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offerings portfolio or changes in proposal
